At Noelgraphy LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the creative and time-based nature of our work, we have outlined the following refund policy to clarify your rights and expectations.
1. Non-Refundable Services
- All deposits or initial payments are non-refundable. These are used to reserve your project time and cover initial work completed.
- Custom design services (such as logos, branding, packaging, or social media templates) are tailored specifically for each client. Therefore, once work has begun, we do not offer full refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- No Work Started: If payment was made but no design work or communication has begun within 3 business days, you may request a full refund.
- Project Cancellation by Noelgraphy LLC: If we are unable to fulfill your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the work completed.
3. Partial Refunds
If the project is cancelled after work has started but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on:
- The percentage of work completed
- The amount of time and resources already invested
Note: All partially completed work will remain the property of Noelgraphy LLC and may not be used by the client unless agreed upon in writing.
4. Revisions and Satisfaction
Our pricing includes a set number of revisions (as per your selected package). If you are not satisfied with the final design after all revisions are used, we will do our best to resolve any concerns within reasonable limits — but this does not guarantee a refund.
5. Digital Delivery and File Usage
Due to the digital nature of our services:
- Once final design files are delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- Usage of any delivered files without full payment is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate current and future services. Clients who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future work with Noelgraphy LLC.
